Digital Identity Vault (DIV), the innovative startup specialized in securing and verifying online data via NFT technology, today announced the successful closing of its first fundraising round. The company succeeded in raising €50,000 in love money, a crucial step for its future development.

Although modest in appearance, this fund-raising represents a significant step forward for DIV Protocol. It will enable the company to achieve key milestones in its development, notably :

  • Development of the proof of concept (POC) and launch of the MVP (Minimum Viable Product)

  • Coverage of necessary legal fees

  • Initiating the first marketing campaigns

Gaspard BONNOT, CEO of DIV Protocol, explains:

“This round of financing is perfectly in line with our philosophy of reasoned growth. We firmly believe that a startup should raise funds in line with its real needs, without unnecessarily diluting its capital.”

The fundraising attracted a diverse group of 19 investors, with tickets ranging from €1,000 to €5,000, for an average investment of €3,400. What is particularly remarkable is the composition of the investor group:

  • 47% are financial experts (VCs, traders, CFOs, etc.)

  • 36% are IT professionals

  • 17% come from other sectors, notably real estate and aviation

Contrary to popular belief about love money, only 6% of funds came from friends and family, underlining the project's strong appeal to professionals.

DIV Protocol's CEO adds:

“We're delighted with the trust placed in us by these astute investors. Their support validates our vision of an innovative solution to secure online data via blockchain and NFT technology.”

DIV Protocol is committed to using these funds effectively to develop its cutting-edge solution, offering maximum data security while ensuring user control and regulatory compliance.

The team promises regular updates on project progress in the coming weeks. With this first step successfully completed, DIV Protocol is more determined than ever to become a major player in digital data security.
